Salyersville Medical Center does more that provide healthcare services to our community. We are a part of this community we have served since 1996. Located in downtown Salyersville, our clinic is in an accessible area for surrounding Magoffin County. Our building is ADA-compliant and accessible for our patients. The clinic staff emphasize prevention and patient education and rely upon electronic medical records to provide the latest and most efficient care. Outside of the clinic, our staff and clinical providers volunteer for community events, school functions, health fairs, and many other local programs to raise funds and health awareness.
As a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site, we at SMC promise to serve all patients. We accept insurance, including Medicaid, Medicare, and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). We offer discounted fees for patients who qualify. We do not deny services based on a person’s race, color, sex, age, national origin, disability, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or inability to pay.
